Summary

The revised Regulation reflects changes in tuition and fees for the 2007-2008 Academic Year of the University. These changes include: increase in Resident Fee at the undergraduate, graduate and professional (law) levels; a corresponding change in the Student Financial Aid Fees (because financial aid fee is five percent of tuition and out-of-state fee); and increases in the Athletics Fee that were previously approved by the Board of Trustees. The Optional fees in (9) are fees that are authorized by statute and have been charged by the University but were not memorialized in a University regulation or rule.
