Summary

The revised Regulation reflects changes in tuition and fees for the 2006-07 Academic Year of the University. These changes include: increase in Resident Fee at the undergraduate, graduate and professional (law) levels; a reflection of the previously approved change effective Spring 2006 of the Graduate Out-of-State Fee; a corresponding change in the Student Financial Aid Fee and the Non-Resident Graduate Student Financial Aid Fee (because financial aid fee is five percent of tuition and out-of-state fee); and increases in the Student Health Fee and the Transportation Access Fee that were previously approved by the Board of Trustees. The fee in (8) will be revised in accordance with the directives of the Board of Governors, the amount was not known at the time of the posting of this Notice. In addition, some changes in the terminology were made to be consistent with changes in the terminology used in the School Code, in response to a request by the Board of Governors.
